Today we launched a new practical guide to reframing adult social care and support in Scotland.

Over the last two years, more than 40 people from across social care, disability, advocacy and policy have worked together through the Public Perceptions of Adult Social Care project at the University of Stirling.

The result is a three-part guide designed to help organisations communicate about social care and support in ways that build public understanding and support for change.

The guidance explores:
✔ How to clarify the story you want to tell
✔ How to build stronger arguments for change
✔ How to deliver, test and learn from communications

At a time when public conversations are often dominated by crisis and pressure, the guides aim to support a stronger shared public story about social care and support in Scotland.
